Am I Here ?

This could very easily be even deeper and darker than just parents making accounts for their children. These accounts could be undercover avatars for trafficking.

As much as possible, kids shouldn’t even know what the internet is, let alone have their own tablets, phones, whatever, and social accounts. Let them learn about these things when they grow up.

This is why children need to be children. I just can’t even believe what is happening. I think i speak for everyone when I say these men are sick.

And it continues to happen even when brought to the public’s attention. I know a kid who contacted a drug dealer through some social media app and over dosed. Heartbreaking what happens

This is so disgusting! Why is nobody doing anything about this or acting like there is nothing wrong with it!? We’ve got to have avenues to address issues like this!

If I ever followed a child’s account who wasn’t a member of my family, I’d expect to be put on an FBI watch list immediately. Which is what should happen to any adult who is following underage accounts on social media.

There are a lot of creeps on the web, and we must fight together to protect the kids from ANY kind of predator.
Been saying this for ages now : KEEP THE KIDS AWAY FROM INTERNET.
PERIOD !!

Sex trafficking at its finest. Who knows what these children have to go through behind closed doors.

I heard a mother getting upset because there were grown men messaging her 12 year old daughter’s Instagram account. I asked her if the account was set to private. She got annoyed and said, “my child is a product influencer. Her account can’t be on private.” Well lady, you are promoting your underage daughter and exploiting her for profit. She couldn’t understand how social media works.

A Girl Has No Name

In my YouTube shorts feed, there was a 10 y/o that posted a “Get to know me” page, with her photo, and her details like birthdate, name, etc. When I went to the comments (to tell her she’s putting herself at risk) I was glad to see 99% of the comments were from adults advising the girl NOT to put herself and her info online, ESPECIALLY without adult supervision.

I imagine a good number of these are traffickers. They are doing much worse things to these kids on the dark web. I hope the police agencies dedicated to shutting these people down is monitoring these accounts.

It’s a worldwide sickness. Aided and encouraged by these social apps. Yet, no law enforcement takes notice? No platform rules are violated? Almost as if they want to exploit kids.

Congress needs to drag them into another hearing & throw this in their faces, then put them in jail.

There should be an age limit. Letting kids model or even use IG is gross negligence. Gross men are looking.

This is heartbreaking. My daughter got a snapchat account (under my supervision and it is tied to my email) …. I felt disgusted when my daughter and I went over her friend’s request… yall, I crap you not – atleast 6 grown men (who live in the area & follow me and other women in the area) had been sending my underage daughter “friends request” . I have told her I refused to let her have Instagram or Facebook Because I thought I was protecting her and the sense that she would not have a picture profile page…. I was wrong and these men are all local- With their own children & businesses they and live in this small town! So I blocked any type of account like that from contacting her and I contacted all of their wives To let them know exactly what their men were up too! There is literally nowhere that safe for our children anymore.

These sheep will never get off Instagram. It’s not just the kids who need to be off. It’s their parents as well. Why would you even continue to support Instagram when it’s allowing this to go on.

You know what the problem is? Parents! 95% of these accounts are made by the parents, mothers… Yes shame on them, this shouldn’t be permitted.

Children should NOT be posting on social media!!! The age restriction should be minimum of 18 yrs old, to post pictures or video content to social media (Tik Tok, Instagram, YouTube, etc).

I heavily blame the social networks, especially Tik Tok for not having any age restrictions, they KNOW exactly what they’re spoke by allowing young vulnerable kids to post pictures and videos of themselves for the world to see.

I also blame the parents for not monitoring more closely or putting age restrictions on their children’s internet devices.
